Arief Ardi Kurnia is a highly motivated Software Engineer with a passion for providing better tools for people to access the potential offered by computers. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Arief has shown himself to be a capable leader who can lead a team through the application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Lemonilo, Arief is responsible for leading a team and setting objectives that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area. He identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in their own role without the benefit of defined procedures. Arief is a proactive problem solver who is able to react to unexpected cases and should have written explanations for the same. He assists and guides the Project Lead/PM/BA in project coordination and ensures that the team is working as per the listed procedures. Prior to his current role, Arief founded Enakdipake Store, where they sold apparel for daily life such as shoes, pants, hoodie, jacket, and t-shirt. He also worked as a Software Engineer at Impactfirst.co. Arief holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STMik Jakarta and a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Software Engineering from Hacktiv8 Indonesia. Arief is a man who loves basketball and is currently living in Jakarta. He has a strong tech stack which includes software engineering, testing, product management, and integration. He is constantly working on increasing the productivity of the team and reducing waste on the other end. Arief is a dedicated and hardworking individual who is passionate about providing better tools for people to perform their work.
